It is a Swiss lever watch
I have never seen a regulator like it, normally indicator bit is straight
Also I am not sure of some of the words on the case
The case itself is gold plated .800 silver
The grouse is Swiss Hallmark used between 1882 and 1934
The moon and crown is a German Hallmark used from 1886
Sorry I cannot be more helpfull, hopefully some else will be

I have nit found who made the movement but it is lower quality one. It is a good honestly made watch a 7 jewel movement.

Watches like this typically haev a 50 year service life, They can be repaired and overhauled to new but it is expensive.

BTW welcome to the message board

I believe the words on the case are:
    Ancre
    Ligne Droite
    Levees visible
    Double Plateau
    15 Rubis

    Hope this helps.

The logo on the movement is that of Chavanne Freres, in Biel (Switzerland). The logo on the case is that of Bourgeois & Jacky, case makers, also in Biel.

I suppose the watch might date from the last quarter of 19th century or early 20th, but others will be able to tell you more about the watch.
