A very nice French garniture set. It's unusual to find them complete and original. The name on the dial is probably the retailer. I tried to find something on the FC on the movement, but didn't.

Only a few French clocks are marked with the maker. The unmarked or those marked with only initials are hard to identify.

I would guess close to 1900+, but that's just a guess. Not to worry, our knowledgeable French clock people will be along soon.

As Missy says it is a very nice garniture set and the name on the dial will be the retailer and I also think it is early 1900s. Bayonne is in the far south west of France near the Spanish border. The logo FC inside an oval came up just a little while back on the MB but no one identified the maker.
