A friend bought this free swinger and is having serious buyer's remorse so I'm thinking about buying it from her. Any idea of who the maker is, it's age, and if it's complete and original would really help me decide. The base is 9" diameter, wing span is 12-1/2", 37" overall tall, the cherub is 26-1/2", pendulum is 33" alone.Thanks,
