Will there be 'on-line' registration for Mid-Winter Regional?

I'm not involved with the Regional, but the hard copy registration form says you can fill out the form and mail it "or Register and pay by credit card online at www.nawcc.org"

It looks like you should be able to register and pay at this link. There is a link on the right side of the page for "Help with Registration", so I guess you could give it a try. This link shows a link for Registration-Floor Plan that includes a layout of the mart room as well as a hard copy of the registration form.

Maybe this will work - if not you can probably call the NAWCC offices to determine the best way to register. Sounds like it will be a good show.

I registered at the Dayton show and bought tables, However the host hotel is not yet able to give us the rooms or a reduced rate.

Viviane. is trying to accommodate the situation, these are our communication about it


Try again to book a room it should work now. We should have 300 rooms left between February 13 and 18.

Sorry you experienced problems. The un-negotiated rate is twice as much. We are working with the Renaissance, it seems that there is a glitch with their headquarters. It should be fixed tomorrow. We reserved a large block of rooms.
We listed a lot of other hotels in the area, some would be cheaper.

The link to the Radison says no rooms available? That is the host hotel and the rate was quite high($144),
Can you get more rooms and a better rate.

I will also add this same situation exist about the National in Lancaster about the rates and room blocks

The NAWCC is great about promotions but very lacking in accommodations..............................................

The links above just travel you in a big circle with no method to register on-line, but thanks for posting
My reason for wanting this is to prevent what occurred at Dalton show, my registration i mailed never got to the needed party,
so i was SOL with pre-registration rates

I have followed all the links, and am signed in with credentials... the only working link is the download of the pdf form to mail..
even on this form it instructs you to go to nawcc.org to register on-line.....

it ain't working for me........................

had no problem making hotel reservations, except one cannot make a choice of king or 2 double beds online
i like the guys i travel with, but don't wanna sleep with one of em....

Ok, one more time..
i had 'given up' and went to download the PDF form.... right there on the form, is a link to register and pay 'on line'
it is a link to nawcc web site......

but when i click the link, there is NO way to register ON LINE for this event....


it is going to be fixed.. yes or no??
