    Let's take another look at lists.
    1. This is a top level list item
      1. This should be second level
        1. This should be third level.
        2. It would be nice if the index
      2. Back to second level
      3. With another level 2 entry
    2. Now back to top level.
    3. The editor tries to be too cute
    4. perhaps indent is the secret ingredient
      1. So indent does define a segment in a list
        1. Maybe the index indicator is too difficult
        2. If the feature supported the parameter in the bbCode format
      2. It should be doable.
        • this is level 4
    The ordered list button only does the equivalent of <ol type="1">. If list="a" and also "A", "i" and "i" were included, it wold full implement the current ordered list tag.
    [list ="type=a"]
    [*]should be lower case a index on this ordered list
    [/list]
