    Hello all,
I am looking at this 'Faraday' master clock at an online auction. However I am not finding any kind of info on the web about this clock. I've seen one post on this forum about another Faraday master clock seeking information The post mostly discussed.

The only info I have found is that in 1978, Johnson Controls sold Standard Electric Time to Faraday. What I'm trying to find out is information about this clock, e.g. age, maker, etc. Is this some kind of a modern day (1978) master clock?

    Thanks for any info!

Definitely has all the hallmarks of a Standard Electric! I’m by no means an expert on these master clocks but as I understand they converted from pendulum to synchronous motor driven movements somewhere in the 60’s. If it’s going cheap enough, I’d bite and see what’s really behind the dial and hang it on the wall!
