English tall case maker

Hello All,
Can anyone tell me when John Barnett, Lewes England made tall case clocks? I'm thinking early 1800s but dunno.....He had a watch and jewelry shop on High Street.

Hello It'sAbout Time. I found a Barnett, John in my Britten's 7th Old Clock and Watch book. It states he was a clockmaker in Lothebury ,apprenticed in 1675 to Jno. Ebsworth. In 1682 he made long marquetry case clocks then it says Londoni fecit' . Thats all its ays , Hope this helps. Mike

Lewes in case you don't know is in East Sussex, Loomes 21st C edition states he was born circa 1800 and was working between 1830-39.
