Hi all
I have a part of new military history ELGIN a17A ., well working item ,
but the sweep secondhand is missing. It will be good, when we find a solution .
I want find
a original military sweep second for a17a.,
or
maybe a other / replicas? / or acceptable generic for.
What I can do, what is a solution? Can anyone help me with buying?
or other link?

The second hand has a arrow at the tip it’s going to be a tough one to find. Check eBay for a beater one for parts. The MWR forum has a PX sells section there’s one for parts put a wtb ad it’s a military timepiece forum. I had a 1970’s era issued Hamilton missing the second hand kept putting ads there took a few years but some one there gave me a whole set of hands for it and made it whole again and did not charge me cool.
