    Hi all,

I got this movement from eBay, cleaned it, and I'm in the middle of assembling it, but can't seem to figure out the lever setting mechanism.

When I move the lever to the left, it clicks nicely and moves the clutch to the left for setting.

However, when I move the lever back to the right, there doesn't seem to be anything that flips the clutch back to the right for winding.

I can manually move the clutch back into place, where it clicks.

    So what am I missing?

I did try moving the large spring to the left of the post, but that seemed to make the setting lever useless.

    Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the board!

That's not a set lever - this is a pendant set movement. That little lever is used to disengage the hand setting if you want to run the movement when it's uncased, like for timing.
