electric tower clock movement ID

Does anyone recognize the maker of this movement? I could find no identifying marks, aside from those on the individual motors.

I've seen lots of tower clocks - but I've never seen anything like this, I'm wondering if it is a re-imangined mechanical tower clock retrofitted with electric motors?

definitely Verdin.. IIRC no support from them.

I saw one of them where the strike wheel hac worn flat because it was not maintained. Grease is required of those steps.
