too bad it has been electrified. Good thing it has not been replaced with "black boxes."

The great wheel / winding drum and winding gears are lying on the floor in the pictures. May be other parts as well. Someone needs to get control of that situation and see to it that the parts stay with the clock until someone decides to restore it! The winding drum and winding gears are a couple of the hardest parts to replace. Almost all other parts can be machined (not cast).
