Very nice item. It looks to be a verge escapement so it is early 19th century, likely Swiss. The dial is probably hand engine turned and itself a fine piece of work.

I do not see any repeat work but it may be under the dial but it is unusual not for it to be visible from the back.

Yes, all that's visible is the repeater spring barrel bridge and the strike speed regulator. The dial and hands are very elegant.
