I bought it on eBay for restoration project without pendulum. Can you help me to find out what weight and length could be for that mechanizm "Franz Hermle --31cm 125.780 -- 261-080A please.

I think you will find that you have the pendulum length - 31cm.

These are repo Zannese clocks and the 'horse' pendulums are not as available as they used to be. Just search for 'Zann reproduction pendulum'.

Zaanse pendulum

I have this Zaanse clock with a Hermle 261 in for replacement. The pendulum bob is a loose fit on the leader and will rotate as it goes. How where these fit initially? The leader is threaded but the bob is not and it slides over the threads. I put a nut under it. Did the bob have threads at one...
