Style Feature Donation Facility

I know that many of you have been anxious for the return of the Donation facility.

We now have a functioning facility located in the right side column. Please check it out and share your thoughts here.

I do not have enough skill to design the condensed progress bar and button at the top of the screen as we had before, but with a bit of luck that should appear soon along with other improvements in the donation system.

We will import the donations from the previous system when the dust has settled.

No pressure is intended but I could use a few donations via PayPal using our new facility. The facility offers Stripe payment as well as PayPal, but I have not completed the registration of the Stripe service.
