    dear sirs, who know how to remove the plug with a chain?

    This would appear to be the main spring pictured from the back side.

    What you may be calling a plug appears to be a pin for securing the little spring and the and the chain to the bellows.

    Do I see a screw slot in that pin?

    There are various instructions on the web as well as a repair video you can purchase.

    These clocks are very difficult to work on and require high skill and special tools.

    You need to remove the four screws around the outside of the barrel and remove the cover to expose the mainspring. Then gently turn the hub the wrong way to release the hub hook from the mainspring.
