Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah everyone. Can anyone tell me how long DEOX-007 US solution last? I've filtered out all the material that was in the solution after cleaning an extremely dirty, oily movement. The solution was new, with only two other movements cleaned. It can be expensive if it needs to be replaced this quickly. Your thoughts

You can use and reuse such solutions for a long time. Filtering is good and also topping it up with fresh solution helps the lenth of usage time.

When you do change it, save the old stuff to preclean particularly dirty movements, and your cleaner will last longer.

The old stuff still works fo precleaning, yes. It really all comes down to the final rinse and drying. All the old watch rinses end up being used to clean clocks.
