Hello, I am wondering if anybody could please assist with dating a Gustav Becker mantle clock. Photos attached. Its serial number is 2403111. Based on this thread and given the serial number noted there, I would think my clock with 2403111 would also be from 1924? Any information would be much appreciated. It was my great grandfather's and I understand he purchased it in Chicago.

According to the antique price guide your clock was made after 1926. Chris

According to John Hubby's research, the clock dates to early 1921.

Becker is like Kienzle in that there are numerous SN lists and seems each one is different. One list said my dads Kienzle was made in 1882 but another says 1923. I guess try to find two lists about the same and go from there. Chris

Between the two sources, I would rely on John Hubby's data, as he has performed intensive horological research on Becker.
What he said!!
