Date Pearl by serial number

    ...Just shouldn't be this difficult to date a clock by serial number. .. thought a simple search on the computer would bring something, anything up for using a serial number to date clock. Any Help? Pearl GF, ser. 4260-0013, mod 353-2150-01. WM only, chain drive, about 6' tall, moondial, split pediment, glass sides and front, chime rods. And... is there a self help site to look up this stuff when you have so much information? Thanks

    Posting a picture would be helpful. I used the forum search feature at the upper right and looked for posts with "Pearl" in them. I found several lengthy discussions about Pearl Grandfather clocks. Not sure if there was dating information in them.
