Similar escape wheel bridge; similar pendulum; even a number on the plate. But that’s pretty thin broth. Anything on the front plate of the movement?
Yes it does look very similar. I haven't taken it apart yet. Having arm surgery next week so might not be getting to it for a couple weeks. But I'll let you know

So looking more at the advertisement sticker and looking up what info I can get points to UK and Irish Watchmakers. And brinton st. Plymouth specifically.

I think the name is Ebrington Street, - it's still in Plymouth (UK), though much of the city was destroyed in the war. Westlake would likely have been the retailer.
