    Your clock looks like a regular English made, 8 day clock made for the Arabic market(according to the dial marking). Under the name appears some arabic writing that probably is a repete of the maker's name (I'm sure someone could translate; it could be a place name). It looks like a nice clock.

    I wish I could help with the bulletins but my oldest is number 120. Perhaps someone else will help.
    Baillie lists Ralph Gout in London 1770-1836. He was bankrupt in 1796 when his stock included many watches for the Spanish and Indian markets, and pedometer watches, br. clock, etc
    You probably have a nice original clock. I'm sure other references may have more detail.
