Clock not striking on the 30

So I have taken this clock apart cleaned it ran it on my test stand then put it back together and ran it on my table both locations the 30 worked fine. So I put it on the wall and for some odd reason it is not striking on the 30. I am not really sure what to do. I have included photos of the clock back together. Thank you ahead of time for the help.

I believe you missed something and the problem has nothing do do with being in the case.

it seems to me when I pull the hand out it strikes on the 30 any clue on what I should do.

After taking it back out and looking at the movement again I noticed that the lifting lever was skipping with a little adjust I think I might of fixed it.

You shouldn't have that much movement in and out on the hand. If it moves the arbor away from the lift lever, it could account for the issue. I hope what you did fixes it.
