it's a GUFA (Gütenbacher Uhrenfabrik, Gütenbach), founded 1935.
Later on they consilidated with the JUBA (Jahresuhrenfabrik Schatz, Triberg).
One of the company directors, Charles Herbert Schatz, came over from
England; that's why the movement was first patented there.
Fleet was a Montreal based clockmaker in the 1930's, that made cases and housed German movments in them. I haven't seen many of them, and don't have any other information about this company. I do have an empty clock case from this company.
