Nice clock.I am guessing but i think the movement is German made and the clock was assembled in Canada.

The pendulum leader is odd. It could have been produced under the Juba or Gufa (Schatz) name for the foreign market.

Further identification of the movement is only possible from a clear photo of the front of the movement showing the count strike control rack.

Yupp,

it's a GUFA (Gütenbacher Uhrenfabrik, Gütenbach), founded 1935.
Later on they consilidated with the JUBA (Jahresuhrenfabrik Schatz, Triberg).
One of the company directors, Charles Herbert Schatz, came over from
England; that's why the movement was first patented there.

Fleet was a Montreal based clockmaker in the 1930's, that made cases and housed German movments in them. I haven't seen many of them, and don't have any other information about this company. I do have an empty clock case from this company.:D
