Hello guys. I am repairing this westminster mantel clock but I am not sure what brand it is. Also, I'd like to know what year it is.

Case says Hermle, but the clock movement does not say anything. Not even the country it comes from. It only says "162057" and "PL 12cms".

For me, it looks like it is a german movement. And I believe it is an old one, probably from the 30s. It might be one of the first Westminster Hermle's movements. A few weeks ago I repaired an old Haller movement from 1928 (pre-kienzle) and it looks very similar to this one.

I attach a few pictures of the movement and clock case.

What do you guys think?

It is an Emes movement which was later redeveloped and produced by Urgos with different hammer configurations.
Late 1930s-1950s would be your age range but there's no real way to stick an exact date unless something was stamped.

German clocks from the late 1930s and early 1950's tend to look and sound identical to one another.
It was not uncommon for companies to share stock with one another, leading to things like your 'Hermle' clock bearing an Emes/Urgos movement. This continued well into the 1970's. Check out this 'Jauch' movement: made by Hermle for Jauch KG for Herschede in 1978.
