• Upcoming updates
Over the next couple of weeks we will be performing software updates on the forum. These will be completed in small steps as we upgrade individual software addons. You might occasionally see a maintenance message that will last a few minutes at most.

If we anticipate an update will take more than a few minutes, we'll put up a notice with estimated time.

    Thank you!

I would think that the stuff at Home Depot would be primarily for floors, rather than really fancy stone such as you would find in a nice French clock. I would certainly hesitate to use a floor sealer. I have had good luck with Goddard's Marble Polish. It is cleaner and wax, not abrasive as you would need to get out deep scratches. I bought it at the grocery. Also,Timesavers has it.

Susan- I have had good results using Armoral. You can get a small spray can in an Auto Parts Store. It seems to restore the slate to a soft lustre. It is a synthetic car polish and not abrasive.

Yet another source would be suppliers of natural stone kitchen counters.
