The movement's by Peerless (Mathias Bauerle). Perhaps L'epee? Looks like the escapement also temperature compensating.

L’Epee were certainly one of the biggest makers of platform escapements so it is likely to be by them, but there were so many varieties made it would be difficult to know for sure, and they didn’t mark them in any way.. But I would be interested to know if there is any way of recognising who made what escapement

the balance is truely temperature compensating , bimetallic and fully cut. The platform is a bit special since the anchor is not "ligne droite" i.e. straight in line with the ew and the balance shaft but rectangled like in english levers allthough the ew-teeth have the typical swiss club-footed shape .
That should limit the number of makers , shouldn´t it?
