Electric WW Bulova Quartz Oscillator leaked !?!?

Pictured is the circuit from a bulova quartz movement... Does this look like something leaked from the quartz oscillator?

Thank you Chris Radek that makes sense because I am getting a pulse detected every 10 seconds - but wheels aren't turning...
I was afraid the oscillator didn't make it to the bathroom on time

That is just locking glue . The round goldish cylinder is your Xtal and it just filled with clean air .
The small white circle with a brass nut in the middle is the timing trimmer capacitor can be adjusted to make small time corrections , Best left alone . as it is fragile

In the case of watches, it is the resonator. The quartz crystal version of Bulova's tuning fork.

Sorry to say you are splitting hairs .all 32.768hz are fork or C . And run though a 15 flip flop array to give a division of 30 .
Giving a final 1.09 hz that is calibrated by a disc capacitor. . Most users here don't understand or care about the exact make up or design of Xtals .
I use double oven xtals temp controled for calibration .
