This is an Austrian clock from the Biedermeier era. It is unlikely that you will find a specific maker

Yes, early 19th c grande sonnerie movement with silk suspension from the Austro-Hungarian Empire where Vienna was the centre of the clock making industry at that time. Looks to be in very good condition. Do you have a photo of the front behind the dial plate?

Я не снимал часы вглубь, то есть не отсоединял циферблат от механизма, я думаю, что они должны быть выставлены на продажу как есть.
В первый раз, когда я получил эти часы, я не мог определить без марки на механизме, но теперь я вижу, что подобные часы встречаются довольно часто.

Translation:

I did not remove the clock in depth, that is, I did not disconnect the dial from the movement, I think that they should be put up for sale as is.
The first time I received this clock, I couldn't tell without a brand on the movement, but now I see that these clocks are quite common.
