Big Ben "picture" from Park Lane Gallery

Hi. I'm going through some of my parents' collectibles and I found a "picture" of Big Ben made of watch parts, from the Park Lane Gallery on 100 Piccadilly in London. My parents spent a fair amount time in England and probably purchased this in the 1970's. I'm wondering if it has any substantial value. Here are 2 pictures. The gilded frame has a few dings/nicks, but otherwise it's in good shape and is a cute piece.

The 01 in the telephone No was replaced by 081 or 071 in 1990
01 was in use during the 1970s
