Hi,
I acquired a wall clock, the metal hanger of which is bent. Does anyone have a suggestion to bend it back into shape without weakining or snapping the metal? A good pair of pliers, perhaps? Thanks!
Regards.

I guess you have to ask yourself "How did it get bent"? Maybe it should be bent. Will it hold the clock as it is? Post some pictures for better advice.

Thank you both very much! Since posting, I fixed the (probably steel) hanger. As to how it got bent, I think it was because the clock was upside down when I found it in an antique shop. It is now hanging nicely on the wall.
Regards.

Some are supposed to be bent back toward the wall, some not.
