    I've looked all over the 'net till my eyes hurt trying to find a battery for this watch. It's a Lorus quartz, V421-A. Don't know if that's the battery or the movement number. Anyone familiar with these musical movements and their batteries?.................................gary

    Lorus is a Seiko brand I found on the web. Check out this link Lorus Watches - Instructions and you can look there for the movement you have and I believe the battery number is included in the information along with directions for setting etc.

    Hey Glen;
    Thanks for the advice, you were right. I've been terrible busy since my trip, and remembered to thank you while on the message board tonight. Merry Christmas to you and all!......................................gary
