I'm looking for a replacement balance wheel for an Urgos movement # UW06037. This movement was removed from a lovely carriage clock which was brought to me for service. The balance wheel for the escapement is broken but I proceeded to clean and oil the movement, everything seems to be working fine thus far and now I'm looking for a replacement balance wheel to complete the repair. I've tried locally here in my area of VA but have not found one so I am reaching out to members at this site to see if anyone has a balance wheel for that movement, in good working order, that I can procure.
NOTE: This part is very different from the balance wheels used in Hermle movements in that the part has two threaded posts which are affixed to the rear plate with appropriate sized nuts. In addition the distance between the holes in the rear plate that accommodates the balance wheel is greater than the distance in the Hermle movements, so a replacement Hermle balance wheel, which I have, will NOT work in this movement.
