For those of us in most of the United States, we went back to Standard Time today.

This morning before church I stopped my three clocks that run around 9:00 DST. So an hour later I restarted them. In that hour it was strangely quiet in my downstairs. I have a tall case clock in the living room, a Sessions Revere banjo clock in the kitchen and a Wooden works pillar and splat in my dining room. If I listen closely I can hear all three at the same time. It was eerily quiet. I didn't like it.

How about you?

I have closer to twenty so it takes a bit longer.

I did all of the clocks except the LeCoultre Atmos which is set on standard time and stays there all year round. Frankly I wish they'd do away with daylight savings time.
