• Upcoming updates
Over the next couple of weeks we will be performing software updates on the forum. These will be completed in small steps as we upgrade individual software addons. You might occasionally see a maintenance message that will last a few minutes at most.

If we anticipate an update will take more than a few minutes, we'll put up a notice with estimated time.

    Thank you!

Seems these German Engineers with "AUTO BEAT" shafted us again, Best Solvent to attempt to regain traction?

I have found out NOT to clean the auto beat assembly. I did once and took it apart to clean the lubricate off and reassembled it attempting to regain the correct tension required for it to function as it did from the manufacturer. Now, I don't put them in the ultra sound tank.

No oil, no cleaner, no attention at all. If the slight tension is there and it's consistent for 360° your problem is elsewhere. Willie X

I get them in saturated with oil or wd-40 sometimes. I soak them in naptha and let dry. Then tighten using a crows foot and hollow punch. Just snug is all you need.

I agree with Willie. Don't mess with them at all if possible, but don't get them wet. The little wafer they use for tension is flimsy, and dissolves in water.
