HI,

I poised this fork but it appears to me the jewel on the right is not angled right or is
chipped. What do you guys think?

When the fork clicks out of the escapement wheel as it goes to the left it has a solid click.
When it goes to the right it just sort of drags out of the wheel.
Stops running after 2 hours.

We have thought the fork wonky many times but it was usually bent and rubbing.

As ed suggested use a microscope or loop to examine it and do not try adjustment as there is not usually enough power there to do any damage.

The available power at that point is very tiny so any bit of anything in the movement as well as a dry mainspring can cause what you have.

Have you serviced the rest yet?

Has the mainspring been cleaned and lubricated - most common source of reduced or lacking power - assuming bellows is good.
