Art Nouveau clock, maybe French

Last week I picked up this Art Nouveau clock at an auction. It's in pieces but luckily it seems to have all the parts except the hands and the pendulum. It has a minute hand but it doesn't appear to fit the movement.

Any idea what the pendulum should look like?

It's a well made movement but there are no maker's marks, just a serial number. I'm guessing it's French but I suppose it could be made by a German or other European maker.

Thanks!
Matt

It does look like the movement is a French drum head type, if so the pendulum would be the usual hook, rod and bob. The case looks to be brass and copper so should clean up well.

Before attempting this, I would research whether the material was artificially patinated, when made. Nice clock!

Cheers, Bernhard
Yes, I believe it was artificially patinated. There are two colors, a dark almost olive black, and a brown. I only plan on polishing the numbers on the clock face, so they can be seen.
