It's running and seems to work right although I've not actually tested the hour register. I assume it's GF or it would be marked. Any info and of course a suggestion about the value is appreciated.

One more pic showing (i think) that this is a model "5".

I found a sale 2 years ago at $400. That sounds like a good number to shoot for so I'll be posting this on ebay in the next day or 2. Thanks.

What the last person paid is a good first guess at value.

Your watch is hard to assess. Among collector Arnex is not desired. It is known as a low end mass market brand. The photos do not show case marks for material. If it is gold plated the case has little value. If it were gold filled it wouldlbe marked, Heavy gold plating is marked with its thickness in microns (millionth of a meter) and lacking that the gold plating is very thin if present at all.

It looks to be a very fine nearly finished old stock movement. The mark of your photos is the "ebauche" mark identifying the maker. Arnex evidently got a good buy on some old stock movements.

A new ebauche might go to near $1000 but with Arnex on it and on the dial, few will want it for a repair.
