Any idea of my table clock , maker and year

It's almost surely German, it may date from about 1890. It might have had a decorative piece on the top - is there a slot or holes on the top of the case? The minute hand looks to be much too long.

To say more, we need to see the movement.

Top missing , i should go to the watchmaker to open the case

I agree it's German, the tops not original, and it appears to be a thirty hour shelf clock.
