A friend brought me their Ansonia mantle clock that hasn’t run in years. I got it running but noticed when I lift the strike lever on the count wheel it only advances one notch with each strike. This was a new one me. Any ideas?
Thanks guys.

The lever that stops the pin on the wheel next to the fly is too low. Bend it upward slightly and it should pass the pin on the high valleys of the count wheel and stop on the deep valleys.
Hey thanks a bunch. That did the trick. Does the “5” stamped on the lower right side of the back plate indicate 1905?
