Ansonia Question

What information can anyone share about the Ansonia Bagdad or Prompt. Is a weight driven version more accurate that the spring? How many beats per minute. I have borrowed from the Nawcc library Tran Duy Ly's Ansonia book but wasn't able to gain information about bpm. Also do these clocks tend to be loud (I'm afraid thats a relative question based on furniture and floor covering) compared to a Seth Thomas #2. The wife says my #2 is a little too loud - so to make her happy I need to get another clock, this also supports my addiction too.
