Ansonia Novelty Clock?

I was given this dear little clock recently, and can't find it in the Tran Ly book. It seems to have a dial center (floral pattern) seen on clocks from between 1894 and 1904, but the square shape of this clock, with its little handle wasn't evident when I looked. Does anyone know this model? Thank you in advance.
