Ok I got this awhile back at an auction for $12.50. After getting it home and looking it over I found a few dates scratched into it. One from 1914. I thought wow it's really old. Let me look in my 1910 Ansonia catalog and there it is. It is missing the keys but I have some universal ones that I used to wind it. It will work if I take the back cover off and get it ticking manually and then run fine. I really like it and it rings really LOUD!!!. Here are the pics. Any info on it would greatly be appreciated.

That's a cool old clock, looks like time, strike and alarm as there's three mainsprings. Could use some cleaning and rebushing which would get the balance wheel auto starting again. It has definately been used. It's not uncommon to see alarm clocks beat up,they've usually been slapped off the nightstand at 5:00am a few times.

That's an interesting old alarm clock.

Striking the hour and a second hand isn't something you normally find in an alarm clock.

Looking at the last picture of the movement, is there a bend in the movement plate at the lower right or it that just the way the light is hitting it?

I did find a picture of the same clock but it has Roman numerals.

And I found one like yours.

Doing a Google search for "Amazon alarm clock" is a tough one, mostly all of the returns deal with Amazon.com. I tried "antique Amazon alarm clock" and still didn't turn up much at all.

I bought a "National Call" alarm a few weeks ago and found it to contain an Ansonia movement dated 1922. I's an 8 day movement but it doesn't strike the hour however.

Like this one.

I agree with Jay above, I see where your clock requires a few bushings and a good cleaning to make it run correctly.

I just checked and yes the plate is straight. Must have just been how the light hit it.
