Another Friend's America Pocket Watch

A friend saw an article by me on a micro-scale parts supply website that I use for making replacement 3D printed PW and wrist cases for orphaned movements and sent me pics of his Elgin.
I know far more about Swiss movement watches and so can any of you tell me more about his PW which appears to me to be a RR grade watch.
Anything you can say about it would be great and I'll send it on to him.
Here are the pictures that I have:

My friend says that it winds and runs "well", but it looks like it could use a service, though it is rather clean compared to many of the movements in my possession.
