Another chronograph movement....is it a Valjoux?

Hi all,
I have a couple of questions relating to this recently acquired chronograph movement. Firstly, I think it's a Valjoux...am I correct?.....and secondly how many jewels would or should it have? I'm assuming jewels counts follow the usual pocket watch principle, but maybe there are additional unseen ones here?

Thanks...I looked around both...but Alpiba seems to pop up too...so I'm still a tad confused. What about the jewel count....do the normal parameters still apply to chronographs?
