Amazingly intact inlay work. Maybe it was very well done or they did not see a rough life. Either way, very nice.

All of them have some sort of "scroll" motif on the bottoms, though some fineals did not make it, which the Japanese copied. I wonder if they are from the late 19th century...

I have the one on the right running on my wall right now. Did not take any pictures of the movement but it is filthy and will be serviced first. The tall one in the middle (my favorite) is messed up and is next in line. I do have a picture of it though. I'll post more as I go. They are all in good shape with a few chips here and there. One dial looks to be a replacement and one piece already fell off but an easy fix.

Great clocks! Does the tall one have a mirror in the back below the bell? What kind of pendulum? Thanks.

The one on the left has the label and an almost identical movement as the one in the center. The lantern pinions are in good shape but the verge is rutted up pretty good. Green goo all over, the WD40 bandit has struck again! 20210422_154807.jpg 20210422_155343.jpg 20210422_155407.jpg

Snowden Taylor and Peter Gosnell nick named these movements the square aperture movements (referring to the cutouts).

The third picture in the first post does not show a mirror.

Also, the pendulum for the middle taller one I believe is not original. Since both movements have 9 1/4 (I assume pendulum length) some one added this longer one to show through the door better. The other clock has a typical Jerome/New Haven style bob. I suspect the middle clock has a longer suspension spring so it probably had a similar bob. No mirrors and I don't think it had one. Also Betzel is right. In my excitement I didn't notice the finials missing.
