I just purchased a timegrapher and browsed through the threads I could find about them but there is conflicting information about lift angle for American Pocket Watches. I know someone here can lead me in the right direction so here is the question.
The timegrapher's default angle is 52 degrees. On the forum some have compiled various lift angles for American pocket watches to be anywhere from the 40's to the 60's. Some of my watches would fall into those listed but some do not. I would like to time my watches and would like to know where to start. I am not trying to be precise but would like to be right!
Thanks for any help
