Dear Members and Clock and Watch Enthusiasts, This is an Invitation to the October 6, 2019 Allegheny Chapter 37 Meeting. The Allegheny Chapter of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors will meet at The Tepper School of Business, room 2701, Carnegie Mellon Campus, Pittsburgh PA 15213 on October 6, 2019 starting at 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The program speaker will Thomas Huber, long time member, officer, and ESL Regional lecturer. What Really is a Railroad Watch is the title of the lecture. The cost will be $7.00 per person and $10.00 to set up a table. Please invite and bring guests. There will be a mart, as well as clock and watch members to answer questions about your clocks and watches; a Silent Auction; and a business meeting. Light refreshments will be served. Then come to the Tepper School of Business 4765 Forbes Avenue, room 2701 Sunday October 6, 2019 at 9:00 am To hear National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors member Tom Huber speak on “What Really Is A Railroad Watch?” In addition to the program, you can see on display various clocks and watches owned by members of the Allegheny Chapter # 37 of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors (NAWCC). Whether you are an avid collector, or simply curious about collecting watches and clocks, here is your chance to discuss your interest with experienced collectors, right here on the Carnegie Mellon University campus. Admission fee of $7 charged at the door. Those wishing to display their clocks and watches will be charged $10 per table. Free parking available at the Morewood Gardens parking lot, (entrance off Morewood Avenue between Morewood Gardens and Stever House) with entrance to room 2701 right off of the parking lot.
