Help Ads acting up

Google ads pop up on screen and float, covering over 1/2 of the screen in most forums and threads

I was asked to design a page of classified ads similar to the hard copy Mart Magazine.

Those efforts should not be visible to regular users of the site, but occasionally I make a typo.

When did you see the ad and what device were you using? This looks like it is on a smaller phone?

I am using an iPhone 8 plus iOS. I saw it yesterday night.

Not at this moment. There was still some this morning. Right now, the ads are very on the bottom of the page.
