Hello. I am a member of NAWCC organization and use the forums often. All of a sudden I cannot access the how to forums. I get a message that I do not have access even though I am logged in. I am trying to study how the strike count wheels work . I have a question on the repair forum about a HAC clock that has problems striking the correct number of times. I have received several replies but to intelligently respond to these replies I wanted to study now the system operates. Can someone please explain what is going on.

There are no restrictions on any of the repair forums. Which one showed you the message?

There are presentations on NAWCC.org that must be subscribed to in order to view them but those are not on the Message Board.

Just to clarify, the presentations with associated fees are prepared by the NAWCC Education Department and some volunteers and are similar in content to the courses and seminars, which we all pay to attend.

The top link is from 2015, the older (vBulletin) version of this board. It's the wrong format.

The lower link is from the current message board, and is formatted correctly for the current XenForo software.

Just one more thing that was broken when we changed our software, Dave. It should be OK now.

No problem, just wanted to be sure anyone else trying to access could find it. Now I'm back to my original problem. Why my Waterbury count strike doesn't work properly.

You can also highlight words in your message, and then put the link address in the link icon box. Like this: Click Here.
I also sent you an alert so you would see this if you've already moved on ;)
