A pair of magnificent and exceptionally rare, Gothic cathedral
carved table cuckoo clocks made in
1875 & 1873 by Johann Baptiste Beha. (Eisenbach) The No.931

Over 3 feet tall. These clocks feature their 8 day 3 train triple fusee wood plated movements on a massive scale. About a foot square, with dual automation. The cuckoo calls the halves and the hours and 3 times a day the articulated monk emerges in the bottom doors and pulls the rope
ringing the bells in the cathedral. Exceptionally rare.
This might be the only time in history that a pair of No. 931 Beha clocks shared a table. This is a pinnacle achievement from the makers of the Black forest and from the craftsmen of the Beha firm. Among the most complex and and beautiful cuckoo clocks to ever leave Bavaria.

The clocks are really nice examples; a pleasure to see them. However, the size and centering of the text seriously detracts from the pictures, which are important supplements to the wording of the post. I have taken the liberty of adjusting to something more suitable and less distracting.
